How did it turn out?
Also, how is that cast-iron pot? Aly is all about Kitchen Aid products, and has mentioned this particular item in passing more than a few times; hints being taken.

On sale for $30 at Canadian Tire right now. That's all you really need to know! (down from $99).
As for the butter chicken - it wasn't bad, but I didn't have heavy enough cream, so the sauce was a little more watery than I would have liked.
$30 bux at Crappy? Consider it sold.
